In April of 2008, I made the mistake of ordering the 3 Steps to Conquering ADD/ADHD e-book online, written by Jon Bennett. While ordering, they asked me to confirm my credit card number by typing it twice, which I did. When I got my "order complete" form, I had been billed twice for one book! I sent them an e-mail, since there was no other way to contact them, and told them what happened.
I got no response. I also noticed that I was signed up for some free 30 day trial membership for $19.00. I never agreed to it, so I let them know I did not want it. I was not only billed twice for the terrible waste of money "e- book" in April, I was charged in May and June for that membership to something...I'm not sure what!
I've sent numerous e-mails, and contacted my credt card company regarding this fraud. I've still gotten no response from Jon Bennett. BEWARE of this man, Jon Bennett, and his wife(?) Debbie. They should be in jail!

I am very sorry that there was confusion on ordering "3 steps".
We are extremely clear on our order form that you can choose the 30-day free trial and if you do NOT cancel (ie. you love it like most people do) then your credit card will be billed monthly until you cancel.
We also have a "No questions asked refund and cancellation policy"
So if you you need a refund or a cancellation we are more than happy to make sure this is taken care of for you!
