Everyone be on alert! This individual is a clever scam artist and has very questionable business practices. I trusted in him to perform work for me and paid him the required down payment. Needless to say, the work has never been completed. He has a reputation for theft by deception with no intention of providing the services agreed to with his victims. He has relocated to a number of different cities around the southeast region after his scam is discovered. There are also a number of criminal charges against him for similar violations. Interestingly though a few individuals have had successful work performed by this individual but a host of individuals have not been able to get him to complete their jobs. In some instances, the quality of the work was sub standard.

Please save yourself the aggravation and find another contractor (I use that term loosely for this man). He also has a mushroom business of sorts and there are a number of complaints relating to this business as well. He prays on the senior population and this community can least afford to lose money this way. Let the buyer beware!
