Jon Paul Guzman Luis Rodriguez JP JP Guzman Fraud! He will take your money and you will never see it again Clovis California

JonPaul Guzman of Clovis California is a network marketing personality with an unfortunate spending habit of taking other people’s money and never paying them back or performing on his promises.  His partner in the fraud is Luis Rodriguez and the pitch goes like this:

“I was a top earner in MLM and we have secured founding or preferred positions with X company.  We want to place you in those positions and will need you to invest with us in that growth.  The positions will out-earn your investment almost immediately.” He may use a gentleman by the name of Alvin Dawe who claims to be a retired law (police) officer (Fresno CA) who has invested/created thousands of dollars with JonPaul Guzman as a reassuring “close” for the investment request.   He then has you wire the money to an account and may even provide you with a “promissory note” that he and his wife Jeannette guarantee which is unsecured on its face and therefore worthless.  People are attracted by his representation of his relationship with God and threatened by his possibility of (actual) non-payment of the money.    Disruption to the persons downline and potential cross-recruiting leads to additional silence if we have performed within our structure of whatever placement has occurred under JonPaul Guzman. He will even mention that the rip-off reports on JP Guzman was a contractor in 2009 and not him…true until now.  He got my $10,000 and when I asked for it back he got argumentative and insulted my ethnicity and said I would never get it back.

All of this is performed without the knowledge of the specific MLM/Direct Selling company that I have discovered and rarely acted upon because of our embarrassment or concern about repercussions from the MLM company or the complete loss of our money. 

I am one of countless individuals who have suffered over the years and now I am contacting the authorities because this is blatant fraud.
