Jon represents Gemini Equity Group and Gemini Equity Funding and is one of the biggest F**king liars in Minnesota.  Hes part of the 99% of the attorneys that make the rest of the attorneys look bad,
 
Jon likes to file lawsuits against people that have already settled their claim, He likes to file claims after the settlement hoping that the people will not have enough guts to see him in court and then he get a no-show judgment against them, Jon works only on commission and does not get paid if he doesnt get judgment.
 
I had to go for a deposition with Jon to give testimony in a case against me, and after I took the oath to tell the truth I ask Jon to take the same oath, he refused to take the oath and then starting telling the recorder a bunch a lies about not knowing anything about the case being settled, I have proof with and email he sent to one of the owner of Gemini. The lying F**ker.
 
I spend two years and thousand of dollars and four days in court calling him a liar and cheat before the judge finally saw him for what he really is and through the whole case out of court, Jon didnt get a dime for his trouble,   I tried to collect on an invoice for a garage door, The SOB, sat their and made up a story and lied to the judge, The F**ker has no scruples what so ever.
 
If anyone is going to hire a good lying Fu*king attorney,   Jon would be the one, just dont turn your back on him.
 
The Son of a B*tch has no ethics what so ever, he even filed a lawsuit against one of the owners of Gemini representing the other owner. Now thats getting pretty f**king low .
