Jonathan Jospeh Bergueiro represents himself as a commodities broker who owns his own firm, Presidential Capital Group. He took over $42,000 USD and then proceeded to come up with excuse after excuse not to give the money back. After this he wrote $19,000 in bad checks. When this transpired it was discovered he has an open warrant in FL to do with fraud and stolen goods. Warrant number 22100455.
He is a fraudulent criminal who should be in jail. The police picked him up but because there is only a police report and not a warrant against him in CA they were unable to arrest him.
He has multiple emails and phone numbers and has several addresses associated with his name. Jonny, Jay, Tony, John Berg, John Marvel, Jonny Bravo, Jay Bravo is his name on facebook.
