John Lallouz calls people out of the blue who are in need of money. Most don't understand how companies like Premium Merchant Funding operate. This company purchases many leads from intsitutions who are not able to fund these sub-par loan seekers whose businesses are many times in shock. These are people who are in substansive need of money, have terrible credit, and are obviously unfit for loans. This company preys on the weak, they stick people into loans they cannot afford, and take an unheard of 10% of the loan amount they fund, and charge 15%+ which is subprime mortgage like lending (we are in the lowest interest rate environment). This self proclaimed "Jesus of New York calls and says he's there to save the day. Don't buy into the BS. He's a parasite looking to cash in on your monetary needs, the questions you should be most concerned with are how much he's profiting off of your loan (no less than 10%) and how he got your number in the first place. You can learn a lot about a person from their name, LOSE!, and that's the only thing you will be doing, kiss your credit goodbye.

#2 Consumer Suggestion
Misinformed and in need of guidence

To whom it may concern;
Two weeks ago when I needed a bridge loan I applied to an online forum. After receiving several phone calls J. Lallouz was the who stood out among all. As any business owner should I conducted my due diligence before submitting any personal information. This report was discovered and I was cautioned to maintain communication with J. Lallouz.
Maybe he convinced me or maybe it was my good intuition, nonetheless I took a small loan to find proof if this was going to be a long relationship or a short lived one. He kept his word on everything throughout the way and I have just received my second bridge loan from him.
The moral of the story is don't think you can blame someone else for your actions. People are scammed thousands of times a day. Not because someone is really good at persuading them, but because they allow themselves to make reckless decisions knowing someone else should be held responsible.

Actually if you dont know how to manage a loan, when THE BANK CANT HELP YOU with your bad credit score, then you should find another way, instead complaining in that way, that guy was nice and also help me a loot... you can have 1 bad report of him and 10000 of good and satisfied costumers behind it...
