Jonathan ruined my brand new cocktail dress a few hours before I was planning to wear it to a Valentine's Day party. He then threw a completely unprovoked violent tantrum that placed me in fear for my own safety and needless to say, didn't take any responsibility for the damage.Specifically, he saw me hesitate to pay and say something to his female employee about the work that hadn't been done, and before he even knew what I had said he literally charged across the building yelling a bunch of defensive nonsense.

The guy may or may not be good at his job if you happen to be in there on days that he is acting rationally, however if you're not so lucky and he ruins your clothing and/or unleashes one of his verbal tirades that literally leave you shaking in your boots-likely because you politely pointed out that the work you asked for hadn't yet been done-you have nobody to blame but yourself because you have been warned.
