This management company is a complete rip off.  First of all they charge you $50 for a late fee each time you are late.  This is one way that they make more money. The do not care if you fall behind due to financial hardship.  They just keep charging fees on top of fees making it difficult for you to ever catch up.  They also come up with other stupid fees throughout the year of all different things, just to make extra money. 

I resigned a six months lease, then the very next month I was laid off from my job.  I couldn't afford to stay, so I had to break my lease.  I called to the legal department and talked to some lady named Shontai.  She is a complete heartless, B*TCH!  I was telling her that I just got laid off right after I signed my lease and wanted to know how I could get out of it without having it show up on my credit.  She didn't have one single ounce of sympathy.  She was very cold and told me I would have to pay a fee of $1,165.30 to get out of my lease and that's it.  CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?  Eleven hundred dollars just to get out of a lease that is completely not my fault.  I asked her if that fee was somewhere in writing, she said no, but she would put it in writing if I agreed to that amount.  She must have really thought I was and idiot to fall for that one.

If you rent from any of their apartments, just keep in mind they only like when you're giving them money.  The minuet something happens where you fall behind, they will be copletely rude to you and will not try to help you out at all.  They don't allow you to make arrangements or anything.  THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, NO MATTER HOW MANY YEARS YOU STAY THERE.

This company preys on people dumb enough to fall for their money schemes.  They are all about the MONEY.  They will try to suck you dry of every penny you have!  They are completely nice to you before you move in, but once you sign the lease, they don't give a crap about you.   I will never rent from this company AGAIN.
