Jordan and Sons Plumbing Electrical Lied, Mislead, not up front, withheld charges Columbia South Carolina

Had a leak under my house, looked up Plumbers in Columbia SC on the net. I called Jordans and Sons Plumbing and spoke to a Female about making a Apt to have the leak fixed. She said there was a $65.00 service charge, I said so it's $65.00+ the repair? she said YES. So i made a Apt for thr following day. The next day a guy calls for directions to my house and then says ( is there going to be someone there to pay me? ) 2 guys show up and my husband shows them to the back of the house where the leak was under the house, then the guy says again is there someone here to pay me? Then the bomb drops!! The 1 guy says ok that will be $211.60 for  me to crawl under your house to diagnos what the problem plus a minimum Repair fee of $229.50!!! My husband thught the guy was JOKING! No JOKE! So my husband said you must be CRAZY!! So thats really a minimum repair of over $500, $65.00 service fee + $211.60 diagnos fee + $229.50 mim repair charge = $506.10!!! and may be more depending on what you find. So my husband told the 2 guys no way are we going to pay that!! The woman on the phone never told us about those fees, all she said was $65.00 service fee+ repair. So we paid the $65.00 service fee and sent them on their way!! Then I called their # and talked to the women I talked to the day before, asking her why didnt you tell Us about those other fees and she said I thought I did and it's in our SMALL PRINT. I said I can not read your SMALL PRINT on the phone!! This is a RIPOFF if I ever heard 1, the people answering their calls are trained not to mention the other fees, if they did no one would ever make a Apt and they would lose the $65.00 service fee just to pull up in peoples driveways!!! And thank god the guy never crawled under our house or they would have wanted the $211.60 also. Lets say my leak wasn't a leak and was a stray dog peeing in one spot under our house making it seem it was a leak, it would have cost us $65.00 + $211.60 = $276.50  just to tell us that!!!! Must be nice to drive around all day collecting $65.00 just to arive at a service call and leave after they drop the bomb of other charges on people!! Don't even get their hands dirty!!! Just think 10 service calls in 1 day $650.00 to drive around all day!!!
