At www.foreclosuretraining.com submitted 30 Day Free Trial for "Real Estate Exposed" package (foreclosure listings access code also purchased). Ad said "you will not be charged now" and if return within 30 days no charge will be made.
The $197 charge was immediately billed to my credit card. Called cust svc number only to get circular recorded message, wait on hold and finally be told by another recording that, "no one is available to assist you right now." "Try, again." I did try again, numerous times and all within their noted business hours of 10-4 M-F EST. I sent an email, no reponse.
That "inner voice" warned me, but like a fool, I bit this time.
Never, again. Next time, I'll listen to that little voice.
Now, I have to go thru the "dispute" process at my bank; what a pain! Be warned. It appears from my research that Jordan Publishing just keeps changing the website name from "foreclosure world" to "foreclosure town", etc. Must be staying one step ahead of the consumer.

Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to put your experience on this site. It literally SAVED ME the same experience. I too had that little voice & said... ok, let me see if anyone has filed a complaint. If you hadn't done that, I would have been a victim too.
