This company is a total scam. I signed up 4 a three day trial of there foreclosure listings and paid them $10.00. A few days later some schmuck from there company calls my house and asks if I would like 2 cut him a check for $10.000, I tell him you're out of your mind I know nothing about your company and than the conversation ends.
A month later I get a statement from my bank telling me my mogage check bounced. I think hum I have enuff money let me check into this. I look online and see a foreclosure company took out $300.00 out of my account, I've been calling and calling and sending e mails but they wont respond.
So I let my bank know I'm filing a report with the BBB and I would like to put together a lawsuit. If anyone would like 2 join me please contact me by using the rebuttal box below.

Same Thing Happened to me!.. Im tired of these Rip Off Scams!.. I want My MONEY BACK.. I Want People to be able to Surf the Net and be able to buy with confidence.. There are great companies out there..But they are all blocked by the first ten search pages full of SCAMS THAT TAKE YOUR MONEY>.. You have my support.. They have my Package that was un-used and sent back RETURN TO SENDER.. Also Still have my Money.. They told me.. TO BAD !! HMM? And Yes! I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY THAT MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS JACKED 300.. IM NEGATIVE in my account.. and get charged 5.00 a day in fines.. ive had over 300 in fines for them taking money out without my permission or confirmation... OH BOY!!.. Im poor too.. But Im poor because im honest.. Im going to honestly get my money back.. SMILES>>

To anybody who has bought this, I do aplogize...cause I did to. Now just so you know, Foreclosure world is a little rinky dink office in Norwalk, CT. There is one office for five operations and all the other address listed are to Staples or some other distributing company who sends out their junk. The only way to get a hold of anyone is to go down there in person with the kit and get your money back. I've done it and it was scary.
Eight years back, Foreclosure World use to be a legitimate company selling good leads about people currently losing their house that was up to date and correct. Then the owner transfered the company to his wifes name and was put away for tax evasion amongst other large federal crimes. Since then, the wife has resorted to buying cheap old lead from lead companies that are usually out dated and/or incorrect on people who have already lost their house or went into bankruptcy or owners of a new home. Your better off looking in the newspaper for foreclosures than buying from this company.
I think someone would make good money if they started a collection business to help get people thier money back. Sorry.
