Jordan Publishing Cancelled FREE Trial & Charged Me Anyways With NO Refund , Internet

I signed up for a 7 day free trial period for foreclosed homes.Before the 7 days were up,I cancelled the free trial.I rec'd a cancellation confirmation email & was still charged $99.00 after the fact.This unauthorized withdrawel resulted in insufficient fees & a negative balance in my bank account.I called the company,was told I would receive a refund of $99 to my account. I was also told to have my bank fax my bank statement to them regarding the fees they caused me to have.

The bank faxed them in front of me & I never heard back from Jordan Publishing.I called back about 8-9 days later.I was told that it hadn't been 15 days yet to receive the $99 & that a fax was never rec'd by them.Now,I need to have my bank re-fax my statement while the fees are racking up against me in my account.
