I ordered from this company and received a comfirmation immediately since they charged my card immediately. They never shipped the product when they said they would. I have numerous emails from a "Karen" stating that the package was shipped USPS Priority and I would receive it in 2-3 days. The last one said I would receive it on Monday August 11, 2008. It never came. They have many business names.

The phone number seems to be a cell number and nobody responds. If you complain via email they send you a response of it was shipped priority mail. There are no tracking numbers. customer service is non existent and I feel completely ridiculous for trusting them. My wedding is Saturday and I should have had my order many weeks ago. Now I am scrambling like a mad person trying to fill this void that they left. Not to mention having friends and family stationed at my house in shifts to receive an order that was never shipped. How do I explain that to my friends and family?

Gee guys, thanks for wasting your valuable time for absoulutely nothing. I feel very badly for them and for the fact that I rescheduled wedding appointments and shifted things around waiting for something that was never coming.

I hope that this person or persons get what is coming to them. They should be prosecuted for fraud!!! I turned this over to my bank who turned it over to the fraud division and they said I should get my money back-so I feel fortunate for that if it comes through, IF it does, but I will not get the time I wasted, the time my family and friends and fiancee have wasted not to mention the frustration, confusion and stress that was totally unwarranted at this time.

I truly believe in Karma and when this person or persons get called on the carpet and it comes to bite them I would like to know. I also would like to stop anyone else from going through what I did. This is criminal! It's lying, cheating, stealing and giving unwanted and uneeded stress to innocent, undeserving people!!! Shame on you "Karen" or whatever your name is!
