We purchased a floor model sectional. We did recieve a good price. We purchased the fabric care and all. We got the item home and 3 months later the seams on all the cushions started to rip. We called the store who sent a rep. He tried to repair but failed. A master seamstress was dispatch and he tried to repair. 1 week later that repair failed so he was sent out again and this time he replace the covers. That solution failed so we called the store again. This is where it gets good, we were informed we had purchased the item "AS IS" and the previous repairs never should have been done. We have looked at our paper work and are unable to fine this stipulation. During the conversation we spoke to a manager who refused to escalate our issue. We have sent a letter to the previous owners and the spokeman for the company to see if we can get any satifaction.

After sending a letter to Barry and Elliot we recieved a call from the customer service group notifying us that they had reevaluated our situation and decided to give us a credit for the total sale price towards a new couch.
