I gave approval for an initial one ime, non-refundable fee to get access to a 7 day free trial to view foreclosures in the country. However after they accessed my money, there was no way I could get access to their site without having to pay again and again.I tried calling them but was unable to get anyone to respond. I left several messages but no one called. Each time, their " personnell" were busy "helping other customers" What a joke.
I sent them e-mails but got no response.
I finally called my credit card company and they gave me another number to call (listed against the charge) I called this number but it was not the same company.
Jordan Publishing should be heavily fined and thrown off the internet. I am afraid that they will continue charging me even though I cancelled my account with them.
