Jorge Gomez And USA Resort Condos ripoff, scams, thief, vacation ripoff, resort ripoff, low-life Orlando, Miami, Weston Florida

Jorge Gomez, representing his own company, if you can call it that because it is a scam, USA Resort Condos, is nothing more than a con man. He'll take your credit card info to book reservations for a resort stay, never book with the resort, provide you with an email reciept for an amount that is not equal to what he takes, and leave you stranded without reservations.

You then will be on your own, no matter what time of day or night, to find your own lodging and pay for it fully. You will not know until you get your monthly card statement that he stole even more money than you thought originally. He then will "politely" tell you over the phone that he will refund the full amount to your card, but never does this. He even went as far as to give me a bogus refund confirmation number.

But when I contacted my bank, not to my surprise as a month had gone by, there was no refund credited. This man will also put you on hold constantly and never get back on the phone (this is only after he's gotten your money) and when you finally hang up and call back, you get a voicemail system that never has space to leave a message.

We had to contact the State Attorney's Office and the Banking Department. This scum must be stopped. Do not use his services for anything.. They don't exist. As it turned out, the resort we stayed at, one that he advertises, informed us that they have no connection to this person or business. They have their own management company and the management company address he sent us to in Orland didn't even know who he was, and it had no ties to the same resort. Go figure.

He is nothing but a ripoff scam artist preying on innocent travelers heading to Florida for vacation.
