Somehow I stumbled across this report, and it was a good thing I did.  I too was in contact with Julia Ford, and she was supposedly in the Scottsdale area for a Maxim photo shoot, and was looking to meet up with me, and also bring one of her friends too.

So, our conversation carried on for about 4 hours, and everything seemed good until she mentioned I had to send an $800 "booking fee" (which was supposedly refundable after the 5 days) to a Joseph De Guzman in the Phillippines and wait for his "approval" for them to come over to my place.  That's when I remembered this report, and knew something was fishy.

I kept the conversation going anyways, and "agreed" to send the necessary emails and the booking fee the next day so we could meet that night.  The next day, I sent the first email showing interest in the 2 models, but after that I just dropped contact.  I did receive several responses asking if I was serious about booking the models, but I ignored them.

Anyways, unless you have an abundance of money and don't care about getting ripped off, beware that this scam is out there, no matter what city you are in.

From your comments it appears that you actually believe these people exist.   Here's a clue.  It was all a made up story with pictures skimmed from somewhere on the Internet.  None of those people are real.  They just pretended in order to get you to send cash to the Philpines.  

Time to move on.

After received money the model never show to date ,The model is not
registered in
Hotel they act Illegal sex in hotel if the client was lucky to date the
model I was not 4 times able to see the model The Jose Gil Deguzman

her in 5 dates  IT is FRAUD RIP OFF people money ,I sent email to him
to Refun $1000 he sent reply thet will get Refund  BUT NEVER send or
REFUND $ 1000 I WILL appreciate if   some Lawyer of this report will  
force this person to bring to Justice and refund $1000
After I sent complaints  they moved out from Tampa Marriot Hotel to an
other  other city
