About a month ago I stumbled across the individual in question's website. After extensive research I found little to no information concerning the legitimacy of the shoe sold by the website. I eventually decided to bite the bullet and order the shoes as the website mislead me to believe that I could send my product back for a full refund if I was not satisfied.

After receiving my shoes more than a week after they were supposed to have arrived I found to my dismay that they wAbout a month ago I stumbled across the individual in question's website. After extensive research I found little to no information concerning the legitimacy of the shoe sold by the website. I eventually decided to bite the bullet and order the shoes as the website mislead me to believe that I could send my product back for a full refund if I was not satisfied.

After receiving my shoes more than a week after they were supposed to have arrived I found to my dismay that they were clearly fakes. I emailed the individual at the address listed on his website several times and received not one reply. I then looked at his website in order to find the address I would need to send my shoes to to receive a refund and found that he had removed his address from the website and taken down the particular pair of sneakers I had ordered.

I then filed a dispute on PayPal with the individual in question demanding a refund. Interestingly enough, he responded within a matter of hours instead of ignoring my messages as he did with my emails. After getting nowhere with the individual as he refused to refund me I escalated the claim to PayPal in the hopes that they could resolve our dispute. However, PayPal told me they can only resolve the dispute if there were problems with shipping the order.

The money I used to purchase the shoes was a gift from my mother. I do not make much money and it is an incredible hindrance to be sent products that are not as I ordered. Since this seller refuses to communicate with me I am forced to turn to outside sources in order for retribution. I refuse to allow this individual to get away with scamming me and I hope that by submitting a report to this website I can prevent him from ripping off anyone else.
