Again I submit, Mr. Silny, what I stated in my previous update. Did you inadvertently send the wrong rebuttal in your reply to my second post? Or do you just not really have any excuse for the actions of your employee?

We are respectfully giving a response about your concern for the service of foreign credential evaluation your wife Ms. Isismayy Spradley requested from Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. Our company takes pride in providing the most accurate foreign credentials evaluations in the field of comparative education. As stated on the application Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. reserves the right to request to review original documents and may insist that transcripts or examination results be sent directly by the issuing institutions or examination boards to JS&A. Our reputation is based on providing excellent quality of evaluations based on authentic academic credentials. If we were to issue an evaluation based on fraudulent academic credentials, our reputation would suffer.

In the case of Ms. Isismayy Spradley, since we were not comfortable with the academic credentials she submitted, we requested that these academic credentials come directly from Cuba and that they are sent to us by the Consultoria Juridica Internacional. We have thousands of clients who were educated in Cuba and all of our clients who requested to have their academic credentials through the Consultoria Juridica Internacional were able to have these sent to us.

Ms. Isismayy Spradley requested the foreign credential evaluation for the purpose of admission into an institution of higher education. As we were not able to complete the official evaluation, we did not send it to the school. Our company only provides unofficial evaluations to clients, since institutions that accept our evaluations only accept official evaluations.

We are very eager to complete Ms. Isismayy Spradleys final evaluation. We will hold her file open for one year. While I appreciate your remarks, Mr. Silny, you either did not read, or did not fully comprehend my original report. We were/are not asking you to send them to the institute she has applied to (and since been accepted, BTW). We merely asked her handler to send/return them to US. Now, since you have said you were "not comfortable with the academic credentials she submitted", sending them back to us should prove to be no hassle for your company. As an aside, her college has reviewed her copies of her transcripts (Xerox, even), and has found her to be more than qualified for not only admission, but advancement through quite a few classes via testing. We have had quite a few meetings with the admissions staff and they have assured us that, not only will they no longer be recommending JS&A to future students, but will be passing the word along to other colleges in our area. Again, I do not feel good about what has happened, but JS&A's lack of professionalism and care has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we simply MUST try to prevent others from experiencing the same.
