I hired Joe to do a job He never kept me imformed he never returned a phone call and very seldom an Email and was always very vage. He would say in his E mail he wanted to talk and when I tried to contact him would not talk. This went on for 2 months or a little more, Then I got fed up and he quit. My new attorny say's and I do believe him that he talked to joe and he would refund my 1500.00 retainer fee. Well Joe lied.He now say's he will refund any unearned money. I have no Idea how much that will be. and he can make up any figure he wants. As far as I'm concerned He didn't earn any of it Ed (((REDACTED)))

This man Is a lier He didn't prevent any thing all he did was to Take my money and didn't provide any service. That is why my new real attorny had talked him into giving my 1500.00 back. Joe had NO CLUE AS TO HOW TO PROCEED with my case and has done emotional and physical damage to me and my family. As to phone calls at all times day and nite Another lie!!! And my so called crazy behaviore, was due to fact he wouldn't return my phone calls. I am now going to contact the attorny grievance commission.and file a report with them. This man is a thief and a COWARD. All I want is my money back 1500.00 and Joe its none of their buisness what I hired you for, ALL THAT MATTERS IS THAT YOU ARE INCOMPITENT

I was hired by Ed to perform certain legal services as part of my practice specialty. Ed ................ why don't you let everyone know what those services were about? The entire fee was earned due to the inordinate amount of telephone calls by the client at all times of the day and night. Without divulging any attorney client privileged information ........... I prevented his case from going any further than the investigation phase. I FIRED HIM AS A CLIENT due to his crazy behavior, unrealistic expectations, and distorted reality.
