Lived/married to Joseph C. Blessett for a total of 16 years. Divorced in 1999 in Galveston County, TX and court ordered to pay child support. As of today, he owes over $60,000. He makes 6 figures a year and only pays $10/mth. He owns a home in the Landing Subdivision, and of course has remarried, and has not spoken or seen his son in 8 years, his choice.
I have cooperated with the TAG for seven years and they continue to claim they cannot locate Joseph to get him served. Joseph was located so I contacted the TAG and informed them, and their response was sorry we have to follow our procedures. Of course their procedures have failed for seven years.
So explain to me how Joseph continues to get away without paying child support, when he owns a house, truck, and motorcycle and makes 6 figures a years, if he wished to work.
