Joseph Carswell Capital Funding Partners Mike Fullard Scams for BG, CA and other programs. Conyers Georgia

Naturally I can only speak for myself but I can say without any question that Joseph made good on the money he owed me. In fact in the deal I lost money on Joseph was paid a small commission of about 12k, but after it went bad through no fault of his own he paid me back at least four times that amount to try and make things right that were done by his former business partner. I think it's important the truth is heard about Joseph. 

If you don't believe me you can even check the arrestjosephcarswell.com website I see it's been taken down as well. 

So apparently while masqurading as a money VP, he continues to hide from those he has stolen money from. Interstesting that this Marty he claims recived the funds, says he never recieved money from Shahid so feel free to investigate. Have started an investigation with the California State Attorney Generals office.

I did not know for sure that Hardwick was involved, but I thought he might be. the web site is down.

Is the Federal Investigation out of Texas? Perhaps we can add additional information for it. 

So Carswell scammed another individual for $125,000.00 I am working with him in going after this Roach.  He now has a criminal warrant out for him. Got my hands on a rather long report on Joseph Carswell.  He has over 20 names he has used in his ponzzi schemes. Wanted in Florida according to this paper. Had lots of interaction with the law,  all from the bad side. 

Again, he is a thief and con artist. Along with his buddy Mike Fullard, they will lie cheat and fill you full of stories.  In the end,  they will simply steal your money.

The guys running that site were ripped off for a lot of money and they have been collecting data and other victims for a while now. I was told hey have an investigation running with the Federal gov't and they are ready to file their case any day now.

You should contact them on that website and add your names and voices to that. I have done so myself.

WOW so eye opening to see how Joseph is doing this to so many other people. I was taken by these crooks as well. I would like someone to reach out to me I have a Federal Investigation opened on these guys it's time to close the noose on these jerks.

Another investor mistakenly listened to Carswell  and Fullard  about $100,000.00 they will  never see again,  just like the $60,000.00 they stole from us. We have some excellent federal stuff happening for them.  Leave me a way to contact you  so you can be added.  What escrow attorney did they use this time? I have affidavits from a few about their conduct, to say the least. 

So Joseph Carswell has an interesting arrest record. Waiting on legal counsel about posting it here.  Told me he was closing a $200,000.00 deal of which we were to get paid.  Then I was told like all his deals,  it did not happen.  Talked to the individual who handled that deal.  It did close,  but Carswell had it paid in a friend's name and they split the money.  Of course he returned none of the money he took from us.  He did shortly after that get a nice house in the country club and a new condo. He hides behind supposed business and fake church programs to steal. 

So after multiple times if telling me that he closed a deal, and that funds had been wired,  nothing.  That is because he does not take your funds and place them into any kind of program.  What he does is scam someone into giving him money.  Then out of those funds he sends you a trickle amount of money.  This time his claim was that I screwed him over by posting this complaint and he could not close the deal.  This or any other complaint would not stop contract from closing. What I am sure was happening   as we caught him last time,  is that he Joseph Carswell and Mike Fullard  found another victim to scam.  Fortunately for them,  before they actually wired money,  they saw these complaints.  They in turn did not wire funds.  Good. I have the documents and emails of the prior victims to be so you can see how they operate.
