Company in order to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone number we were not able to get hold of you. Received an email today saying the exact same thing and that I owe $740 and it will increase to $6300. With a March 8, 2014 date. I do not owe them anything and we both know it. I asked a friend of mine who works in legal and she said that she sees this all of the time some people had a payday loan years ago and it was paid in full other inquired about a loan and they never took it and some people were listed as references and their customer list was shared with a 3rd party and now they are calling, and emailing people.. do NOT pay them anything. If it were real why did they not send it certified to the house. No one sends court documents through email. It is so annoying though. I really wish I could sue them for harassment.
