Joe Kasper is a lawyer in Queens who runs for judge almost every year but never gets it. They do not select Republicans for judge. He is a district leader and in politics with the Republicans in Queens. This lawyer is a nice person who means well and he does not overcharge but he is not very competent. THe lawyer does not have a computer or I think know how to use a computer. He is disheveled and disorganized. He tells you to go to his office and he is not there and you wait for hours and you find out he was asleep in his car. He makes appointments to meet clients from about 9pm to about 1am.
This lawyer cannot write motion papers very well and he includes no case law. This lawyer caused me to lose rights in a family law matter with my children for several years. Do not use this lawyer for imporant issues such as custody, support. The lawyer did not question witnesses effectively and do not aggressively represent me and I regret using him on my case.
