Joseph Liebman Immigration Services of Michigan Michigan Immigration Services NooJoom Scammed/Stole from me out of $64,000 for immigration services that were NEVER done or processed Detroit Michigan

I went to this business to help me with the immigration process, so i didnt have to take a lot of time off of work and go to the USCIS in Detroit myself. Joseph Liebman originally told me it would cost $7000 which included everything until completion. Over the span of 6 months, he made one excuse after another with waivers and penalty fees. Always finding some reason to get more money from me. It finally got to the point where I called the USCIS to find out why there hasnt been any progress because I was getting fed up with everything he was doing. Joseph even was using the Department of Justice as another thing to give them money, which I have a video receipt from him, saying this. The USCIS agent on the phone told me they search 3 of their computer systems and my name and or my social security number does NOT appear in their systems!! They told me to contact the local law enforcement, which at the time, the business was located in Westland, Michigan. By this time, the estimated amount given to him was around $64,000.00. I spoke with a Sergeant Liess with Westland Police and gave him all my receipts and records of everything. Since he has been on the case, he comfirmed with ICE that there is no record of my name in the system and he has forwarded this case to the next level to the Wayne County Prosecutor. Joseph Liebman has done this to others. I’ve heard of him doing this to a Vietnamese family, a Chinese family and recently took $9000 from a man from Iraq. Joseph Liebman sex offender registry in Michigan, he has 8 other alias and one more on Facebook under than name of Joseph Vegas. This Scammer needs to be stopped and not allow him to do this to others.
