I should have looked this man up first. It seems he has ripped off many many people including me. 4 individuals that i have contacted from his properties have joined me with their documentation to help end this losers games. He's always on Craigslist trying to get cheap labor for jobs that should be permitted. Then you walk in his dump properties and you see what they've done. Unsafe, illegal work and if you mention it, then he takes your deposit and makes an excuse about why he is entitled to it. Never sends a statement, makes you sue him to get it back. Many don't waste the time or are trying to recover from his theft.

   His rants go on and on and on via email. When you ask for your rightful property or money,he threatens to divulge information about you to neighbors,friends, coworkers. 

Do yourself a favor and if you read this before doing business with him, just call him or meet him and see what he asks for first. It'll be cash...... or a check if you absolutely do not have cash. And if you don't give it to him for the dump that people are"waiting in line" for,  then he'll tell you that you cost him money. So see for yourself,then laugh, leave, and thank rip off report for saving you. 

I really wish I would have read it first. With the real estate fraud department, local cities, state compliance, and the court system, I will update with all violations and judgements for everyone here to see it for themselves
