Everything you have read about this guy lying, cheating, not paying reps, and being a general d******** is true.  He is a master at using the internet to try and present himself as valuable and credible, but I honestly think he's bipolar and on drugs.  Doesn't show up, doesn't return calls or texts, chain smoking with huge bags under his eyes like an addict.  His business model relies on a bunch of professional marketing materials that represent the company as "local experts" with profressional crews ready to deliver quality craftsmanship to you and your largest investment, your home.  These claims couldn't be further from the truth.  The fact is they are storm chasers, with salespeople from out of state, and scrambling to find cut rate roofers, gutter and screen contractors to do the jobs they're selling.  Plus, they're promising industry backed warranties and lifetime warranties on parts AND labor.  With ZERO ability or intention of ever delivering.  Run, run, run away from any affiliation with this d****ebag.
