Good Afternoon Public    My name is Frank R and I am a life long resident of the Great State of Pennsylvania.I am a firm believer in Medical Marijuana and the help that if can offer patients. But most of all i am a citizen that follows the law in all aspects, hand shake, contracts, or ones written by our great government. ((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))   I follow the various different sites and do research on potential and up coming MMJ businesses and the owners of them to avoid ones with potential and questionable backgrounds. I was recently appalled when i found out that  ((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER)).   In my eyes that is an ethical issue which a s a state resident i can not sit by and accept.....

I am sick of business doing whatever they feel and hiding behind lawyers and courts as they continue to hurt people, while  being aloud to profit of of tax payers dollars.   I will not stand by anymore and watch people get screwed, i cant get a license  but they can I was able to obtain a contract from the man they hurt and along with the UCC number.
