Josh Benett, aka Timothy Petty and all of his various corporations are FAKE. He has claimed to be located in CA, NY, and now MN in offices that don't exist. He normally finds available office space for lease on the internet and then uses that address for his fake corporation. He has used 3 fake addresses in the Twin Cities area alone in the last year.
In addition, he claims to be represented by the law offices of Damon Glisson at 5908 Fortune Place, Appollo Beach, FL 33572. This may be fake also.
In my opinion, Josh or Tim or whatever his real name is does not have an office or a business but lives in a dream world and uses other people to provide servives for his make-believe companies. In fact, he may live in either North Carolina or Kentucky in his parents home and operates his so called business with a blackberry from his bedroom.
Beware of Josh, Tim, or whatever his name is because he is DREAMER and a FAKE!
