Josh and Susan Henwood are small town scammers who try to make a quick buck; Often flashing nice things in your face showing their success.

They are very flaky and never pay their employees. If they owe you money they play cat and mouse. They will set times to bring you your money and they never do.

When things get bad for them they skip town in the middle of the night.

These people have lawsuits against them all over Utah and Arizona and are on their way to Colorado.

They have been hiding all their assets do to lawsuits against them in Utah. Many Utah contractors have not been paid for work they have done and many employees still haven't been paid.

Two employees are loosing their houses because they haven't been paid. That puts 4 adults and several children out on the streets.

Do not trust these people! Josh is very nice and funny and that is how he gets you. Susan can be holding Joshes hand behind a door and smile at you and say she hasn't seen him, doesn't know where he is at and, doesn't know when he will be home. Susan is Joshes cover; with contractors, employees, the courts and anyone else he burns.

Bottom line: Don't work for them! Don't sign a contract with them. You won't get paid! or you will end up in court.
