JOSH MONGOMERY & CHRIS PEPLINSKI OF VMD DIRECT HE PROMISED TO SAVE ME MONEY ON MY CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES. HE STATED THAT HE WOULD GET MY CURRENT PROCESSOR CANCELED AT NO COST TO ME . HE HAS NEVER CANCELLEDR LAKE ORION Michigan

On September 2, 2014, Josh Montgomery came to my business to go over myl credit card processing ratesk.  He promised he would save me more money than mly current processor Retriever if I were to switch everything over to hils company.  I ltold Josh that I had a current lease through LFG for $44.60 a month.  He said not to worry that his company would cover all the fees assiciated with switching to them from Retriever and LFG.

Neither Retriever nor LFG have been cancelled and I am being billed monthly for both.  In addition to,the new kprocessing fees with Ignite Payments and the $105.99 lease paymeny through First Data Global Leasing.I called Josh numerous times inquiring why Retriever and LFG had not been cancelled. I kept getting excuses as to why it had not been completed.  Now, he just doesn't answer or ereturn mly calls.

These two men have very unethical business practices.
