Joshu Osmanski Becky Spustek UNREASONABLE AND HORRIBLE LANDLORDS North Providence Rhode Island

I am pretty certain the rebuttal to this report was written by Rebecca Spustek, just as Joshu Osmanski wrote a rebuttal to another rip off complaint of Rebecca Spustek being a horrible landlord.  My experience with dealing with these two was horrible and apparently someone else was unfortunate to have them as landlords.

First of all, when someone's good name is slandered on a vile site such as this one, that person should not be allowed to remain anonoymous. This is a the way that people like, Irmgard Aidoo, who wrote this slander, can whine and stomp her feet because she knows she has no vaild complaint.

I know Joshu and Becky and this situation. They are wonderful and honest people. I am well aware that they went out of their way to try to accomodate every need of Irmgard and apparently she was very demanding. From the day she moved in, my assessement of her as a tenant would be "exhausting!" To address some of her whining.....The apartment was cleaned by a professional service (as with every tenant) prior to her moving in. A box had been left unintentionally by the service. Knowing Becky, she was horrified and called immediately to have it removed.

Irmgard was the type of tenant who misunderstood even the simplest of conversations. For example, new keys were made to make her feel secure in her new home. She contacted Becky late one night to say that her key didn't work. Most tenants would at that point be told to call a locksmith. I heard that Becky contacted Joshu, who was on an international flight, to resolve the problem. Joshu happened to be there when the locks were re-keyed. He asked if Irmgard had disgarded her old key as the locksmith had instructed. She had not. She did't listen to instructions and got the keys mixed up. This is only one of countless issues that were created by Irmgard.

I helped clean the aparment after Irmgard moved out. The $100 charge was for cleaning above and beyond normal wear and tear expected by a tenant.

I've seen the electric bill for the cost of paying for the electric in the common area. $11.63. Not bad when Joshu payed her entire water bill as well as gas to heat that water. It sounds to me like Irmgard Adioo is misguided, pety, unappreciative, cheap and demanding. Irmgard would rather blame someone else rather than take responsiblity for taking care of herself. Landlords beware! You've all had "those" tenants who you just can't please. Well, Irmgard Aidoo is that tenant. DO NOT RENT TO IRMGARD AIDOO!!

 I have rented from Josh Osmanski in the past. He was always accommodating towards our needs. I used him has a reference for renting a bigger apartment. I would not hestitate in recommending a friend to rent from Josh.
