Lighthouse Marina Managent stated to having no alternative but to not remove unsafe substances from dock pier , "there is nothing I can do, and do not contact the authoritys"

This decesion along with many other well documented non performa has continued to endanger the lives of individuals by willfully neglecting to take emiediate action to avert a potentially life threatning situation.

A complaint was filed with Broward County to remove the individuals and the starving animals
from the Marina facility located in Pompano Beach Florida, nearest the Hillsboro Inlet Bridge on east side of ICW, 1/2 block south on the east side of A1A, "Porta Grande" advertised with Yacht Management Inc. contact Daniel,ie: agent dockmaster.
