Joshua Thomas ,if that even is his real name?, Scam Artist / Will instill hope and disappear with your money Tennessee

I came into contact with Joshua Thomas after an ad he set to target potential start-up entrepreneurs and shopify business owners associated with the Tai Lopez public page or Profit Power Hour. He came to me with an offer stating that for $297 he will be mentoring people closely and guiding them along the way. He also states that: 

"If you decide that this wasn't the best investment you have ever made in your entire life...

Then I will give you your money back... No Hassle...

But not only do I guarantee to give you your investment back at any time...

But if you don't make at least five sales in your first month...

I'll give you $100 for wasting your time...

Yes, I'm this confident...

Not only did I make the investment, I worked hard through 3 days grinding by MYSELF with no response from Joshua Thomas after I made the investment. The only times we were on calls (which were two instances) he was just talking with redundancy (how he lived in his grandma's basement and then made it out) and not really opening my eyes to anything new regarding marketing business and strategies. Now, of course I'm not a clueless individual. These were scheduled calls and even then the calls weren't exactly on schedule like I expected from a "successful entrepreneur." He made me wait for our second and now LAST call for nearly 2 hours. Claiming each time... "Let's do 9 almost done eating" (when we scheduled for 8:30) Then it's 9 and he replies "still at this restaurant man. took forever for the food to come" and at this point I'm just very skeptical and just go with it. He calls me around 10:30 p.m. central time and again redundancy about HIS LIFE. 30 minutes of time wasted on call for story time. Afterwards, I message him about my ideas and problems regarding facebook ads and targeting audiences –BECAUSE THAT'S what he asked me to do and send him a message after. Didn't reply to my messages for a full 24 hours. I knew at this point this guy was scamming me. I politely asked for my investment back while explaining my dissatisfaction and complete unlearned waste of time I had with this program. then I proceeded to call him twice (spaced out very generously in time in between) and he replies

"Hey, man gonna send you more details on your targeting (which i messaged him about 2 days ago...). But I've already spent time with you man (approximately 38minutes on phone). I will not lose money with you. Why are you giving up on yourself? It's Saturday: I'm a person. I have a life, eating right now."

In which I replied "I do not need more details on targeting, I am out. You guaranteed to give back my investment if at any time I was not satisfied with this or thinking this is not for me (it's also stated on his actual checkout page with the purchase). I have to go back to school on Monday and get all the required texts and equipment I need. I'm sorry I wasted your time, but this is not for me and you're not losing much."

He replies very unusually... "I spent time on the phone with you man! (yes, 38 minutes of bullshit.) Make sure you keep watching for joshua thomas inner circle videos. But I want allow you to scam me. You go through my course. Talk to me on phone. I spend time with you. Then you come back and try to steal from me."

I was flabbergasted. I proceeded to reply back to him with this text, which was now being (sent as a text message) because he had blocked me.: 

"I am not scamming you, Joshua. If anything you are scamming me. You guaranteed my investment back. If you cannot do that I will go ahead and file a claim. You have the ability to see what sorts of actions have gone through my account on your click funnel. You may terminate access too but do not say I am scamming you. I am not satisfied with any of this."

He has sinced blocked me from communications on cell and facebook. I emailed his support, but don't expect anything in response. This man is truly scum. He will work with you to lower the costs of the program at any rate so that he may take your money. He will take couple hundreds to thousands from you and then disappear. (LOSS: ~$1k).
