I placed a graduation announcement order with this company in person with a representative, it took the representative two days to place the order, the company does not work weekends either, they acknowledged that they were running a week and a half behind schedule, they said "this is a busy time of the year." So if the company and the workers are aware of this and that it is a busy time then they should staff accordingly, and work weekends to process the orders so that they will be mailed within the 2 week time frame, like they promised. I placed my order with the rep April 7th and the company said that the order will be at my home by April 30th which gives me only one week before my graduation, these annouments are not cheap so do not buy from Jostens order from Signature instead online will be faster, I will not reccomend using Jostens ever, the customer service representatives did not even care about providing good customer service either, it made no difference to them.
