JOURDAN FINANCIAL LOAN COMPANY INC. (Dr. Eddy Jourdan) Financial Company getting loans from Consumer's...reversed funding would be a better company name for Eddy Jourdan Bronx New York

I was dealing with Jourdan Financial Company Inc. (Eddy Jourdan) personally. I was interested in a low rate loan, and was approved for one to purchase a home and pay-off small debts.

First was the fee for a bank to bank transfer which was $425.00 from their bank (Valley National Bank NY)

Second there was a problem because an account activation was needed $280.00.

Third the account was rejecting the transfer, so then they bought the check from Valley National Bank and deposited with (Bank of America NY) and naturally needed a fee for currier service (FedEx) $412.00.

Then it was decided that that wasn't enough because it needed to be insured, total for this was $912.00 and not $412.00.
I told him No, I didn't need it insured and he (sent it) with the exeption if it was lost or stolen, it was my problem.

Now a month later he has e mailed me and said the check was returned! From the currier! They said they couldn't deliver it! He actually wants me to send $425.00 to send it currier, Again?!

So at about $1,117.00 plus all the fee's from sending Western Union, which is about $100-$150 more added to that.

To make matters worse after the initial $425.00 payment to him, I had asked him for verification of this check and he sent a file (pic) of the check (which I still have) as well as all Western Union receipts.

I then e mailed (two or three times) Bank of America in NY to please advise me of this person and/or business I was dealing with.
I sent them the file he sent me of the check (supposedly-THEIR check) and received no response at all, which could have saved me money.

Don't count on any of these Bank people to help you out, it's not going to happen.

If anything can be done about this, I will be more than willing to do whatever I can.
