I met Jowen in Colombia, he had called me a couple of days prior to his arriving at the Aragon International Airport in Cali, and said he had a modelling agency named Chacon Agency (in C.R.) which was a supposed to be a franchise of Nicole Shelley Models in Miami and that he would be needing my assistance in getting him top of the line girls, models.

He Told me: He wanted to set up houses in Costa Rica where he would receive Millionaires and billionaires from all over the world, gentleman who would get on their private jet and take off to Costa Rica for a good time with the girls, some would want to play a little golf, some would want to go fishing, and some would just want to have sex with the beautiful young models. Says the girls usually accept having sex with the customers since they offer GREAT tips, and since all these girls are in need of the money, they would fall for it and be working as a hooker in no time.
