Exploited Vera out of inheritance by use of cult methods to mentally control all her activities, break ties with any family or friends that might help her.

Intimidated, threatened and co-erced her into signing entire inheritance, home and then threw her physically from the home Vera had built, into the streets. She, Vera, at the age of 70, is forced to eek out a living as best she can. The judiciary, Sheriff, Jerry Hill, state attorney, have all acted in behalf of the known felon, even as far as having her arrested without court order and placed in jail, for attempting to go to her home. Vera owns the home in fee simple, with Warranty Deed in her name, but is kept from her premises by the Polk County Sheriff, Grady Judd, acting in behalf of the felon, Dugan.
