This guy I met in St. George, UT in 1996. He later moved to Salt Lake City, UT and his parents lived in Ephraim, UT and most of his family still does. He uses an address there and P.O. Boxes all over the State of UT.
He has a brother who also was working at the Prison up there as a Corrections Officer.
He borrowed and signed a promissory note in the amount of $10,000.with moderate interest to be accrued.
He has since moved so many times and his family seems to think that he doesn't EXSIST!! LOL
This guy had the Feds after hi for a while awith then the SLCPD and other authorities.
Multiple claims have been filed against him in Civil Court and Small Claims Court.
if ANY ONE runs into this guy, call the police!!
