JOYETECH USA ELEAF USA ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER CALIFORNIA Internet

I have been a customer for this company for the last 3 years but i have to say after reading all these reports all over and what this copmany put me through with their crappy products and THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPEREINCE EVER... i QUIT and i will take as many people i can with me. i bought 8 of your products from different vendors and from your website directly. Each one of them is broken and I am not even upset about them as much as how i was treated by one of your customer service rep and hang up on me. i was going to let it go but i need to put something on the internet so people will know what's going on and stay away.

   I called couple of weeks ago regarding my broken e grip.  I called and one of their CSR - VINCE .. THAT GUY IS SO RUDE AND I AM EVEN SURPRISED THAT HE IS STILL EMPLOYED. he told me since it wasnt bought from us we can't service - which i totally understand but the tone of his voice and then he hung up on me. I called him back again he hung up on me..  after 4th call i was so mad i had to tell him-- are you an idiot i know that you can't help but can you just not hang up thhe phone and give me manufacturing or dealer name  and he said, HE SAID LOOKS LIKE YOUR THE ONE WHO IS AN IDIOT. YOU SHOULD'VE BOUGHT FROM US INSTEAD OF OTHER DEALERS. DONT CALL US BACK AND WE CANT HELP UNLESS IT WAS BOUGHT FROM US.

 I GET THAT THESE ARE MADE IN CHINA. VERY CRAPPY QUALITY BUT LOOK AT THE PRICE. YOU GUYS ARE CHARGING GOD AMOUNT OF DOLLAR. ATLEAST CAN YOU TREAT A PERSON WITH SOME RESPECT. YOU GUYS SHOULD FIRE THIS GUY. HE WAS SO RUDE. DONT KONW WAS HAVING A BAD DAY OR SOMETHING THIS IS BAD. VERY BAD!! I AM SENDING THIS TO MAIN OFFICE AND DIFFERENT VAPE FORUM.  NO SINGLE HUMAN SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS.
