Joys Flower Shop - Telelfora Flowers Not Delivered, Poor Customer Service and Horrible Attitude Flowood Mississippi

We ordered flowers to be delivered to our daughter for her birthday at childrens hospital in Oakland, CA. where she is a travel nurse. Her bday was Nov 12; Joy's went thru Teleflora who went to Lydia's flowers around Oakland area--they weren't delivered. According to Chris who owns Joys Lydia's called the hospital and was told that most folks are off work on their birthday and she wouldn't be there--she was there and we knew she was; it wasn't there place to verify this anyway--their were paid to arrange the flowers and deliver them. Daughter didn't get flowers on her birthday--Joy's didn't follow up to see if they were delivered; we had to advise her of this ourself. Joy's then ordered thru Teleflora again and the order wound up at Casa Blanca flowers in Oakland, CA. The flowers were delivered the next day--the day after daughters birthday; when she received them she was saddened to see the condition of the flowers--according to our daughter "they were horrible". We found this out and contacted Joy's and they tried to put it off on Lydia's who tried to blame Joy's again who pointed the finger at Casa Blanca. I spoke with Ben at Casa Blanca who admitted they had already gone to market so he was aware that the flowers might not be the best--this wasn't relayed to us. I called Joy's who did nothing about it, I called Casa Blanca who told me the flowers were okay and "you are out of state, what can you do about it anyway"? Teleflora will not allow us to file a complaint w/them--has to go theu the local shoppe we ordered from--Joy's refuses to take my call and when they did they called the local police on my because we have a complaint with their service. Joy's doesn't have a guarantee, Teleflora refuses to get involved and Casa Blanca basically laughed at us. Be careful when using any this shoppe or anyone that uses Teleflora--we have no recourse.
