JP Chase Morgan Frontier Legal Plans Deceptive bank, scamming mortgage assistance, scamming attorneys Internet

JP Morgan Chase Bank is not honoring or honestly participating in the federal HAMP program.  We had never been late or missed a payment.  Our interest rate is 11.875%.  We financially qualified for the modification.  Chase drags out paperwork, loses information, requests that you re-send items to them, and basically make excuse after excuse.  They have even requested that blank documents be notarized and returned to them!

After 6 months of frustration, we turned to the Reaching U Network, aka Freedom Legal Plans, aka Frontier Legal Plans.  We were advised by Michael Olson of their company to NOT to make mortgage payments to Chase.

Now we have had to continually contact Frontier Legal Plans to receive information on our "forensic audit report" and the status of the attorney progress.  Michael Olson is no longer there.  We have had Tanesha Cupidon and now a new representative, Bryson Callaway.

The legal firm is Litvin, Torrens PLCC in Miami. We have never spoken to an attorney.  These representatives claim to be paralegals.  These people are Chaneli Marquez, Izen Mendez and now Yamiley Martinez.

We are now 6 months behind on mortgage payments.  Chase Bank has filed foreclosure papers.  We were told the attorneys filed paperwork on our behalf that will eliminate any foreclosure procedures until the case is settled.  We have no idea of the status.  We are continually being asked to supply paperwork that supposedly Chase Bank is requesting.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!  How do we fight these people?  How did we manage to believe they were going to assist us?  We have been ripped off by all of them!
