I was billed 249.95 just as many other reports show. I called the 888 number from the website several times. Got different stories every time. The only simularity between stories was that they needed my card number to access my account with them. It appears that the only service Interactive Audio Text Services is able to provide is a refund.
It looks like all this guy is doing is charging people falsely, holding their money for a couple of weeks and then giving it back, probably assuming that no one will prosecute. I did some additional investigation and found that JPMedia LTD is a small publisher in Dudley, England, and the websites owner gives an address in Las Vegas, Nevada. They obviously are not actually related. I also have pictures of the owner of the website and know that he is either currently or formerly an employee of ING financial group in the Las Vegas area, and he likes to play foosball.
This all goes to show that if you don't give up, you can find these people. I would encourage everyone to proceed further in their own investigations and do eveything they can to catch and bring to justice this perpetrator. Authorities need to be contacted as well.

Hi Dave,
You have done some fine research. I do enjoy foosball and I have worked for ING. I am not the owner of JPMedia. I simply built the websites and the technology behind them. JPMedia is not a fraudulent company. They are a third part biller that provides visa/mastercard accounts for companys that cant get the services for themselves. Some of the merchants that have processed with JPMedia did not fulfill their obligations to their clients and therefore JPMedia must refund the transactions. The customer service people need a transaction id, credit card number, or an order number to see where the charge was made and they will refund the charges immediately. I can put you in touch with the owner of the company and he can explain this to you in greater detail. I would like you to contact me to investigate the actual persons responsible for making the charges on your card.
