This is a warning to all of the people who have a Chase Credit Card!  If you have a credit card with these people I suggest that you cut it up into many pieces and pay off these people and never do business with them again!  Better yet, don't even use their card at all if you never have yet. They love to rip off their customers with their illegal practices.  And the customer service aren't very nice at all. They won't help you out at all. 

I had a zero balance because I paid off my account in full. I had carried a balance for many years but as soon as I had the funds I paid it off in full. For the whole month of December I had a balance of zero and they had the nerve to charge me interest on a zero balance!  I called them up and asked them to take it off and they flat out refused to do so.  The representative was very rude to me as well. She was a total b***h and I didn't like her attitude at all.

This is the only credit card company that does this.  I had other credit cards that I had paid off as well at the same time. They all have a zero balance and the other ones didn't charge me any interest on a zero balance.  DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE, THEY'RE NOT A GOOD COMPANY!  THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP AND THEY DON'T GIVE A d**n ABOUT YOU AT ALL!!

Chase is incompetent

I just want to start by saying your not the only one and its not good that the chase execs think they are too big to care. They should remember that all customers are important no matter how big or small. Another good reason to stay away from chase is the fact that most of their customer service is in the Philippines. That's one of chases big secrets they try to cover as much as possible. I am fortunate that I don't work for chase, but I work for a company that does business with chase and many other banks.

Other reasons to stay away from chase

I'll say it again. Chase customer service is in the Philippines.

Why would someone trust all their hard earned money to be in the hands of someone in a country where they hate U.S. citizens and they can take your money and disappear without a trace. Also, why would anyone want to put their money into the hands of the incompetent.
