JP Morgan Chase Home Finance Poor Communication and Poor Accounting Practices San Diego California

Couple years ago I received a call from Chase regarding outstanding balance. I new I still owed them $500.00 for the month. They tried to tell me I owed them over $3,000. There supervisor argued with me then told me he would put on my account I am refusing to pay. I told he that if this conversation is recording them I am not refusing to pay you refuse to get the balance correct.

I sent them my my payment and the $500 and couple weeks later it came back to me refused. We battled over the balance for a few months them did a forbarance agreement. I western union them $6,000 and sent then a certified bank check for another $2,000.

A month went by and western union sent me a notice that the money never was picked up and a week later my check came back refused. I went to an attoney and two years later nothing has been resolved. Chase had even sold my house without notice and while we were under the forbarance agreement. they had to correct it and void the sale.

We even did another forbarance agreement with our attoney and sent them $1200. A week later it came back as well. I racked up a $7,000 debit to the attoney and he will not represent us anymore until the balance comes down. He never did what we asked him to do. We had request going to court many times and he just kept putting it off and increasing our balance to him as well as the balance to Chase.

I fell cheated by both my attoney and Chase. I feel we are just going to have to give up our home which has been in the family since 1962 when grandma and grandpa built it for $15,000. I just what to put the balance to the back and pay my monthly balance, but they just will not do that. My credit is in the gutter and I can not refinance with anyone when I mention I have Chase. I am lossing hope.
