   Sun Trust and Chase Bank they dont care about the customers who have paid on their mortgages but now are in need of loan modifications THEY WANT YOUR HOME. 

I have personally seen their low life collection and tactics first hand. Instead of doing the right thing and asking for only certain info required for a loan mod they did everthing from reps lieing to using fear tactics and lost paperwork. they even lied when hope.org was actually on the phone listening to chases rep lie repeatedly on the phone. This battle went on for 2 plus unnecessary years.. you should also know i wasnt late on my mort but chase said if you WANT to qualify for help you need to go into FOREBEARANCE which is a nice name for defaulting on your mort and then they destroy your credit by doing so..

Talk about underhanded SNEAKY tactics.Anyway there is a list as long as my arm of the other dispicable things chase bank did and god help anyone going for a loan mod or getting a mortgage from them.my adive is

As for as SUN TRUST BANK goes they are no better, they made most of their money already on this loan but i needed help they just werent there for me after repeated attemps for help.. Keeping in mind if your loan is serviced by that bank and its their loan that means they can alter the contract if they WANT TO and I spoke to all the top dogs there and they flat out didnt care and refused. All i needed was to have them extend the term of the loan in order to lower the payments and they refused they actually used scare tactics as well by having 4 bigshots on the phone while one executive did all the talking...all for a 249.00 monthly payment... IF THAT ISNT GREED AT ITS FINEST I DONT KNOW WHAT IS..... STAND CLEAR OF EVER GETTING A MORT OR EQUITY LINE FROM SUN TRUST BANK....

WE HAVE TO REMEMBER AS CONSUMERS WHEN WE SIGN A CONTRACT WITH A BANK THE ONLY ENTITY THATS PROTECTED WITHIN ALL THOSE PAGES IS THE BANK "NOT US" WHICH GIVES THE BANK ALL THE POWER TO WHATEVER THEY WANT..
