JP Morgan Of The Chase Banks They got one credit from as merchant, and billed me for that creit. In any of the statements I paid it full every m,onth, but they charged me both late fees, and finance fees. Please help me. The charged me late, and finance fees, when my bills wasn't late. They charged me for a bill when that account was c,losed on July 6, 2009. Warwick, Rhode Island

In October, 2008 I opened two Marriot Credit Card account by Marriot, which is handled by Chase Bank. Now from November, 2008 til  Feruary,2009 I didn't get a late fee, or a finance fee. I ordered Realtrac in March 2009, and cancelled the service a few days later, but I was charged a month later of $49.95. But, Realtytrac sent back a credit of $49.95.Chase took the credit, and rebilled me for the service I cancelled a month before. They told me that I received two credits, which I didn't. So they charged me both the late fee, and a finace charge. But, when the bill came in for $851.84 I called up July 5, 2009, and I talked to a supervisor name Beverly, and she told me that the billing office was closed. She added for me to pay the bill the next day but, I had til 3pm, and they will take it over the phone. She didn't mentioned that there was another bill for that accouint coming for the next month. So I paid the amount in full, and I added please close this account permanently.Within a few days I received another bill  for my business account, and I sent in check, which would complete. and I wouldn't ever use a Chaxse Credit Card anymore.In August, 2009 I received another bill for my business account, and so I called the Chase Bank, and tbey told me that they never received anypaymwent from me. So I called the bank I do business with, aND THEY DID SOME RESEARCH, WHICH THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THE CHECK WAS CAHED BY THE cHASE bANK.So I called Chase bank, and talked to the billing manager, and she denied that they ever got a xcheck from me after July 6th. So I told her if you keep denying it; then yojur bank will be sued, and someone will go to jail, and all the funds will be frozen.Someone will be facing charges of fraurd. So then she admitted that they did get a check of $114.34 from mde, and put it on my personal account. I reminded her that I closed that account July 6th, and I didn't use that credit card during July.I told her to put that money on my business account, and which she didn;t do it, and now they are adding up more late fees, and financve charges. I ordered my credit report from Experian, and their comment to that agentcy; Never Late/ Closed.  What  A  Joke!   Please  someone  help  me.  I'm as sixty-three year old woman with multi handicap.  Thank  you.
