I had purchased a Niche Video Site Builder script, and put a few sites up, after that I received an email that they had an online version of Niche Video Site Builder in which you could also upload articles, there was a special for a limited time and claimed "Lifetime access: $97 (save hundreds - one time payment, no rebilling)"

I read all the fine print, there were no ongoing costs. I paid for this to be able to access any sites that I built, I could not upload articles, sent numerous support tickets, after a month I received a response that they wanted my cpanel information which I sent, that was over a month ago, I received no response. After 2 months of purchasing this online version, I get an email stating they need to collect support & maintenance fees'. I try to log into my I account and I get this statement.

"We tried to process the 5 credits support and maintenance fee (as per our terms of service), but your balance was too low to proceed.

In order to maintain the quality of our service, we kindly ask you to add credits to your account.

You can do so from here: http://members.creativenichemanager.info/registration/purchase_credits/

In the meantime, your account has been limited and this limitation will be lifted immediately after adding credits to your account."

This is the minimum I can order - 50 Credits - $60.

When I respond to support, or try to send email to support, I am blocked, this is what I receive back
"Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain."

I did find an email address that was not blocked - ethiccash@gmail.com I have communicated about support not contacting me and did get the article submission worked out before my account being disabled, when I asked about the new fees I received this response.

"Now, each account is charged 5 credits for support and maintenance." he also said that I logged in once and had to agree to these new terms of service before I could access my account, and it was in the fine print.

So after paying almost $100. for lifetime access, and no recurring fees' I cannot access my account because I need to pay recurring fees, what a ripp off! Beware!

My Conclusion

AUTHOR: robertd - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, July 02, 2012

I will wrap up and give my final thoughts. No where in my report do I claim the product Niche Video Site Builder is a bad product, if I thought it was I would of asked for a refund, I actually like the product very much.

My complaint was that the claim from the sales letter said it had no recurring fees' but after 2 months of use I was being charged service or maintenance fees or whatever they are, if the current sales letter explains these fees for the online version, then in no way is this a rippoff.

As far as the picture that is shown and a complaint filed for copyright violations, I don't blame you, if there was a picture of me that someone posted on the net that looked like that picture, I would be pissed too ;>)

It's still on the sales page

Robert,
everything you mentioned is on the sales page. we clearly state that terms of services apply. There's no ongoing charge for the service. The support fee is for any account holder in our system (not just the NVSB service). Which is why we ask you to read and confirm your agreement to the terms.

So, yes, it's mentioned and you can't miss those.

As for privacy, you  might be joking once more: you post a copyrighted picture (which has been reported for copyright infringement, going way beyond freedom of speech). So please try to give lessons to someone else and stop digging an even deeper hole.

I understand you have not used the service or it does not work for you, but filing such a report is a complete non sense when you're basically showing to the world how things are so clear the fault is obviously on your end.

Regards

JP

This is no joke!

I'm sure it's a joke to you, but your sales page said - this $100. for 'lifetime access, and no recurring fees'
nowhere on the sales page did it say you had any additional fees'. I paid my money and then could not access the product until I checked to agree on the terms.

Because the sales page said that this was a one time deal, before prices went up, and other fees' would be charged, I did not assume that this was a bait and hook.

I guess the confidentiality you say you have on your paying clients goes out the window when anyone complains, typical of a slick marketer after he collects the money, but the internet is full of them, only I spoke out.

I'm surprised you didn't also post my phone number and address, but I'm sure were not finished yet!

Terms of service are there on purpose

AUTHOR: JP Schoeffel - (United States of America)

This report is basically a joke. But anyone reading it will have made his own opinion.

1) When you go the url reported, you will find the terms and conditions right before signing up:

http://members.creativenichemanager.info/registration/terms/

(at the bottom of the page)

2) Then when user wants to signup for the service, he can't do so without reading the terms and checking those:

http://members.creativenichemanager.info/registration

This is where user is redirected before proceeding to checkout.

3) When user proceeds to checkout and then logs in, we once more present him the terms and conditions to make sure they have read them.

It's not a fine print at all. Maybe Bob Duryee (bobaboeey@gmail.com) is ashamed of himself for not having read the terms carefully although they can't be missed or misinterpreted. It says a lot about this customer filing a complaint here when he should file a complaint against himself for ripping himself off.

Certainly not us. All our customers are pleased we are so transparent with our terms and conditions and make them readable before they even purchase.

JP Schoeffel
