When you sign up for a 3 month trial period, itshoud expire in 90 days.  This site bills your credit card and when you find out, as I did from my bank statment, and call up they tell you renewal is automatic an the website say that.  I did not see that on the site.  I asked for a refund, and was to I was not eligible for a refund.  I asked to speak to a speervisor or a manager.  I was told no one was available but that one will call me back.  After several days no call reeived and I called back.  They claimed a supervisor noted my account that they tried to call back but the phone number is invalid.  My numbe is a good number and the phone is always on because my sister is very ill with cancer and I never know if or when I may get a call from a doctor or hospital.  All I want is a refund.  I have called several more times and they tell me the same story.  Today I was told that 2 diffrent supervisors noted that my phone is invalid.  I want my money back.
