jps chicago construction Jose salinas scam on roofing job westchster, Illinois

My roof had damage to it back in 2Januarary of 2011.

i went on the internet to find a roofer.

doing this Joswe Salinas answered my request.

he told me it would cost 6900.00 fror the complete rip off and replacement.

i gave him 6940.00 1500.00 from me and 5340.00 from my insurance. leaving a small amout which was to be paid buy me after completion of the repaid.

he started the repair but never finished

i called and called to no avail he never returned my callsi worte to the states at5torney and request for them to help

they deny me saying it was a contract affrir and they cant do nothing about it.

now i am out of the origi9nal 6840.00

i am hoping you can help or just let everyone know not to trust Joser P. Salias no matter how he presents himself now
